Aaron Sújar received his PhD in degree in Information Sciences and Communication at Universidad Rey Juan Carlos (Spain) in 2019. His research areas are medical virtual environments, computer graphics and videogames.

Previously ...

During his PhD studies, from November 2013 to November 2016, he participated in RASimAs project funded by the European Union's 7th Framework Program in which he could be part of the development team to build a functional prototype. He was able to work in collaboration with clinical collaborators and in a healthcare setting. Within the context of this project, a collaboration began with Dr Franck P. Vidal which is the gVirtualXRay's supervisor. He has been working for the last two years in developing a diagnostic radiography simulator.
